Master Silk Painter Karen Sistek’s bold artistry will represent the Tulip Festival as the 2013 poster artist. “Karen has created a painting for us that I think will become a classic for tulip fans,” noted Skagit Valley Tulip Festival Executive Director Cindy Verge.
Karen’s artwork will appear on Tulip Festival apparel and merchandise.
